元旦祈祷 と 新年に向けてのメッセージ
令和3年（2021）
皆様、明けましておめでとうございます。 元旦祈祷６時開式。 今年も大勢様にお参り頂きました。 ヨモギたっぷりの「邪気払い・神煙おけら」を焚いて、火焔太鼓で疫病鎮静・退散、皆様のご健康とご多幸、そして世界の平和を祈願致しました。 寒気の中、響き渡る太鼓の音と振動は、身心の波動を一気に上げてくれます。 祈祷後、住職の法話、その後、客殿に場を移し、今年は距離を開けて坐って頂き、般若湯・甘酒・お茶を頂きました。 7時には、隣の氏神様、高杉神社に全員で移動、初詣。 村、地域、日本国、世界の安泰、平和祈願。
昨年は、コロナの影響で色々なことが、大きく転換、この世の諸行無常をつくづく実感しました。 先代住職の遷化、生活様式の変化、オンライン等、大きな変化を余儀なくされた一年でした。 今年も、色々なことが起こるし、あると思いますが、世の中のことに一喜一憂せず、一歩引いて広い視野で、俯瞰的・客観的にものを見ることに気をつけ、前向きにポジティブに過ごしていきましょう。 情報の見極め、検証の必要性も大事です。
そして、今年も、瞑想のスキルアップを図り、宇宙としっかりつながり、地に足をつけ、自分自身としっかり向き合い、こころの声を聞き、何事も好奇心をもって、ワクワク楽しみながらやってみましょう。 人は、心と行動（知行合一）の一致が出来た時、幸せを感じ、より充実した心豊かな生活が展開され、自分も周りの人たちも幸せになる道が開けてきます。 経験は全ての気づき、成長のチャンスです。 学び、成長にてっぺんは無し。 百尺竿頭一歩を進む。 昨年以上に、素晴らしい人生にしましょう。
禅の五調生活で、免疫力アップ。 立禅瞑想で、丹田に火をつけましょう！ そして、コロナがあってもなくても大丈夫という思考と体にしていきましょう。
コロナに限らず、全ての現象は必ず自分を前に進める為におきています。 “何でも楽しんでいる”ことで、また前向きに捉えていくことで、さまざまな人体の機能も活性化され、周りにも良い影響を及ぼします。 どうかご自分と向き合う時間が増えたことで、これからどういう自分でいたいか？ どういう自分になりたいか？ 新年に向けて『明確』にし、行動に移して頂くと、令和3年は充実した、自身が光り輝く年になると思います。 さらに、自分の成長に必要でない物や思考は、新年に向けて手放して、断捨離して、身軽になって新たな年を迎えましょう。
本年もどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。 皆様の毎日が、慈愛、希望、光、調和、そして幸せに包まれますように！ 皆様にとっての令和3年が、幸多き年になりますように！
