時に生きてゆく力がなくなることってあるよね。^_^
そんな時、私は観音様や仏様の優しい顔を眺めていると、今は亡き母親を思い出す。 するとげきが飛んできて、“怖わ〜”と思いながら、もう一踏ん張りしてみよう、と思ったりする。
仏様の穏やかなお顔をみていると、自分は一人ではない、大きな慈悲に包まれているんだなと感じる。

朝、太陽を食べる、浴びると松果体が活性化される。朝日は紫外線も少ないしお肌にも優しい。 朝は、肺の時間でもあるので、新鮮な空気を肺一杯に頂き、体全身にめぐらし、息を吐き切る。 腹式呼吸を何度かすると英気が体に満ちてくる。
朝の太陽の光を浴びると、元気が湧いてくる。光は希望と愛ですね。太陽の光とめぐみに感謝。これも力をくれるようです。
